At Auto Artisan, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Below you'll find important information about our shipping process, delivery estimates, and shipping policies.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship using trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day (where available)
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
Special Order Products
Some vinyl colors, PPF products, or specialty items may be marked as Special Order.
Special-order products may require additional processing time before shipment. Estimated lead times will be displayed on the product page whenever possible.
Because these products are ordered specifically for your purchase, they may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.
Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
Auto Artisan is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
- Undeliverable addresses
- Refused shipments
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. While we'll do our best to update your order, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after the carrier scans your package.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, items may ship separately from different warehouses or at different times.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your shipment is:
- Lost in transit
- Arrives damaged
- Marked as delivered but cannot be located
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help initiate a carrier investigation or claim when appropriate. We will work with you to resolve shipping-related issues as quickly as possible.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the shipping box and packaging.
- Take photos of the damaged product.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Prompt reporting helps us process replacement requests and shipping claims more efficiently.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their local government.
International delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled only before processing begins.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the shipment.
